About the branch
To serve those who themselves served.
Manchester & District NARPO
Hello and Welcome to our new website, I hope you like it and find it useful. Manchester Narpo covers all of the GMP area, so our members live near and far. We also have members in other parts of the world. The important thing is keeping in touch, which is what most of us want. If you have an email address and have not given it to us then contact the Secretary and he will put you on the emailing list. Michael also sends out regular Newsletters so we aim to keep you all up to date.
The Obituary page, ( which seems to be the most popular) will be kept up to date, so please keep us informed of anyone who should be on it. We have a Narpo drape which can be borrowed for funerals, just contact one of us, and we make a donation in the persons name. This year our nominated Charity is the NWPBF.
We operate with a small Committee, and are always looking for new members, if you think you can assist in any way please get in touch. If nothing else, we need people to deliver Christmas Cards and vouchers to widows and widowers in all areas of GMP.
Looking forward to lots of views, so happy reading and take care.
Sandie Wilde MA. Chair.

Get in touch, offer to get involved, and come to the meetings. You will be very welcome.
Our next committee meeting is on Wednesday 14th October at 11am at the Hough End Centre. If anyone is interested in joining the committee or seeing what goes on you are more than welcome to attend.
We are always looking to recruit new members. Please just let the secretary know if you plan to attend.
